Engineering. We consciously give these highlighted
issues the highest priority, during dealings with our
own general operations, contractors and members of the
public.
Community
Affairs and Security
We are
sensitive to the needs and concerns of host communities
where we operate, within our financial limits. We do not
engage in any activity that is hazardous, unsafe,
unhealthy or has adverse environmental effect on
communities. Hence, we have always had good and cordial
relationship with host communities where projects are
located. We have dedicated and experienced security
personnel that ensures safeguarding of lives and assets.
Health
We maintain a contract with a clinic for staff health
checks and care. This is to ensure that staff generally
maintain good health and vitality, and are acceptably
fit at all times to engage in our numerous projects and
office works in turn. Drugs not prescribed, alcohol
drinking and smoking are prohibited in Lee Engineering.
These observances have translated into the great value
of accident-free operations.
Environment
We consciously strive to ensure the environment in our
areas of operation remain habitable. This has been in
line with our true dream of always ensuring the
environment at the end of our operations, is left
suitable for future use. As a result, we have always
managed all generated waste due to project operations in
accordance with ISO 14001 requirement, and other
applicable legislation.
